Sabena Friendship Organization (SAFO)is a local Community Based Organization (C.B.O) established in 1996 by a group of determined locals’ and development oriented to respond to the suffering and starvation of the communities badly affected by poverty,  famine and inter-clan conflicts in North Eastern, Garissa district, Kenya through the establishment of community-based rehabilitation and development projects.
